These were discounted on Amazon and I just loved the colors. I also bought a pair of recess paddles and while I love both, I do think the grips on these are better. Super cute and works great but we’re not professional pickle ballers. Just a competitive family.

I am so happy with this paddle! I am a beginner and I took an intro class to learn the basics because all my friends are now playing pickleball. Honestly I hadn’t even heard of it like a few months ago. First I bought a cheap set on Amazon but that broke after a couple of weeks. So I was looking for a better quality paddle, and also something that looks good on the court. But still not too expensive. And this one looked cool for the price so I bought it to try it out. And IT IS BEAUTIFUL!! I am in love with the design. So chic! And the cover that comes with it is so nice too. Also it is super lightweight and the grip is very comfortable. I feel like it gives me more control over my serves which is what I needed. And I am glad I didn’t have to pay crazy money for it. Probably going to buy another one for my partner to make it a set. UPDATE 9/17/2023: Also bought the new designs, Fern and Forest, and they are just as cool and high quality as the checkered one. But these don't come with the cover, but they are also cheaper so makes sense. Love them! ... show more

i love how these paddles look. and they hold up nicely after playing with them for a couple months. there is a dead spot on a part of the paddle that’s not on other paddles i’ve used. as you can imagine, this makes the game a bit frustrating at times! overall it’s nice enough to use for a first paddle purchase, and priced fairly. ... show more

very good paddle, and very stylish (got loads of compliments on the green one). I love this paddle, however i did throw it mulitple times across the court, even into a tree and it did break. It took a while to break, and it was good to see that the inside is truly the honeycomb fiberglass as advertised. Bought this paddle for my dad who is a beginner Pickleball player. He absolutely loves it. Not only is the design super fun but the paddle is durable and sturdy. The grip is very comfortable.
