We have a rock bed around our house in the yard that really is serving no purpose. We have decided to just get rid of the rocks and opt for a wild flower garden. I got this fence with hopes that it would be a nice border around the perimeter, as we do have 3 small hound dogs that would get into anything their nose leads them to. For the most part, pretty straight forward to piece it together, for me personally, the pain part is needing to drill and insert a screw here and there. I understand it is to make sure that the pickets are secured, but I think for what I want to use it for, just not worth the labor and cost of purchasing more of these, as I would have to stake them to the ground and the integrity of the fence could be compromised if I even lean on it just a little. ... show more

I got the this short 24 inch plastic so I can add some height to my brick wall. It is moderately sturdy, but I would not lean or any weight into it. The everything is screwed together for with taping screws. It comes with soft dirt spikes and screws for plastic anchors. It's more like a decor than actual fence, for my use it works. ... show more
