I weigh around 200 lbs and this bench is very sturdy. It is easy to set up and adjust. It folds up nicely so if you want to throw it in the car it doesn't take up too much space. The seat is easy to assemble. It isn’t very stable though. If I reach over to a bookshelf while sitting in front of my keyboard, the seat starts to tip. We plan to keep it ; we just need to remember to stay centered in the seat.
