I use the red and blue light modes most often. In red light mode, my complexion feels brighter and I look more energetic; I use blue light when my skin tends to be oily during seasonal changes, and it helps stabilize my skin. I regularly get facials, but lately I've been too busy with work to go to the salon often, so I wanted to try this LED light therapy mask. My first impression upon receiving it was that the workmanship was very meticulous, the LED beads were neatly arranged, and the overall structure was sturdy, so it didn't wobble when worn. The operation is very simple: just plug it in, select the desired light color, and you're good to go. Each session lasts about 15 minutes, and I usually do it while lying down and using my phone it's completely effortless. The next morning after use, I noticed a reduction in dullness when I looked in the mirror. I use the red light mode most often; my skin felt smoother, and the rough areas on the sides of my nose became smoother. The blue light mode also came in handy when I get small pimples during seasonal changes, and its stability was quite good. It's lighter than I expected; it's almost weightless when lying down. I put a little cotton pad on the bridge of my nose for a better fit and more comfort. The mask size fits my face shape well and doesn't feel uncomfortable. Considering the effects and frequency of use, it's actually very cost effective in the long run.

This face mask is incredibly convenient to use. I can do light therapy at home without going to a beauty salon, saving me a lot of time. After cleansing, I simply apply it and select the light therapy mode. It's very easy to use. Red light revitalizes and firms the skin, while green light brightens the complexion. Alternating between different light therapy modes has significantly improved my skin texture. My daughter uses the blue light mode.
