4 screws broke during installing, never seen that happen before... It is quite sturdy build otherwise and you can take off the end tabs to connect them together, also there should have been at least 4 extra marbles... luckily I had some kicking around.

Ticket Holder could’ve used a few more marbles, but it’s been keeping up well at my large volume restaurant. The ticket stabbers are good. Depending on use, they could unscrew some times. A little trick I learned is to hot glue the bottom once the screw is in place. Would recommend and would buy again -A restaurant manager.
