I've traveled with this using it in the cold weather of Alaska and it did great! There was no breaking legs from being in the cold. Also, no cracking on the foam coverage on the handles. I love how I can adjust it anyway I need to film either horizontal or vertical. I also have used it in the heat of Texas. Again no issues from the high temperatures. The holder that holds the phone is the first one that has not ripped or gotten damaged when I put my IPhone XSMax in it! This particular style actually holds the phone and does not pop it out! Super easy to set-up and use. The remote connected to my phone via Bluetooth without issue and the stand held my phone well. I was easily able to take photos of my family and I with this tripod stand.

    • Phone falls out easily when adjusting, rubber grip at the top makes it TOO easy to disattach phone
The main issue is just as above. While the build quality is good and somewhat durable, the main issue is that the hone does not steadily stay attached when adjusting. If you want to turn the phone around 180 degrees and adjust the tripod downward or upward, your phone will slip out.
