This little thermal printer works extremely well. I use it to print 2D barcodes for incoming inventory, and to record the shelf I put each package on. It takes about 3 seconds to print a small 2D barcode, most of which is spent rolling the paper through. After 3 months of use, I THOUGHT it was defective as I could no longer get my Windows laptop to recognize it - rebooted the laptop, changed the USB cable, uninstalled/installed the drivers, but nothing worked. So I emailed customer support and within a few hours they responded asking me to check for the little USB icon on the display. It was missing, and then I realized that the power had gone off and the printer was not turned on. Embarrassing - especially since I am an IT guy, but thier customer support was the best!

Worked great until I dropped it off my seat onto the floor board of my car. It wasn't really even that hard of a fall and now it won't feed the sticker paper. I haven't even owned this for a year and out of the time I've had it only used it for 3 months at the farmers market. It was great making tables on the spot.

Works perfectly as described. Very easy to use. Great battery life. I can make and save a variety of labels and edit them as needed quickly. I can print multiple or singles really quickly. Took several labels to learn but once I realized that edits need to be done in single mode it was smooth from then on. So professional looking.

Realmente estaba emocionada por probar esta mini impresora a pesar que los reemplazos de etiquetas son caros. El proceso es sencillo, el bluetooth se conecta facilmente y la aplicasion para editar tu etiqueta es sencilla pero la impresion no sale completa, algunas veces partes son mas claras o borrosas y el tono es mas bien gris como cuando se esta acabando la tinta de las impresoras comunes. La letra no tiene la opcion para engrosarla y por ello es mas dificil apreciar lo que imprimes. Lo mismo si es un archivo o descarga, la calidad de impresion no es muy buena ni detallada. Creo que es mejor invertir otro poco de dinero por una de mayor tamaño y calidad porque son mas baratos los reemplazos del sticker. Este modelo sale caro y mal. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Still works great. It is used on my desktop taking the place of using my shipping label machine. I used to create a sheet of labels and then cut them to size, now I can print one at a time as needed. This tiny thing is saving me time and money. The battery life is long too, haven't "timed" it but I can leave it on most of the day and use it as needed and the battery seems to last a few days. Once I figured out the orientation of the label to text and the label sizes, I was able to create a bunch of labels in the app. Now I just open the app pick the template and print, it takes seconds to do. Very happy with this purchase for sure!

I just got this tiny printer for my own candle business and trying to set up the printer for first time was really easy, it came fully carge which was a good sorprise because I was able to try it right way. I made quick labels to check printer quality and it was really good. I'm really happy with what I was able to print in the first use with the white labels that came with and I'm pretty excited to try the clear labels that I've got so I'm gonna be doing another review in a couple of days or weeks when trying more labels for my candles' business and hopefully gonna be able to gent extra fonts and icons on the label maker app.
