I use this to print little ‘seals’ thanking the customer for their purchase on orders I ship out from my online business. While I expected the print quality to be a tiny bit better small text is still legible so it accomplishes what I need it to. The printer itself is solid and very easy to use, connecting was as easy as allowing the app to access Bluetooth and the printer appeared. The only problems I have are with the app, you have to do everything through it and it can be a bit glitchy/annoying to create the custom labels. I ended up making mine in Photoshop and importing it as a picture, which I then overlaid onto the label in the app. What is very annoying though is that no matter which position I put the photo in, I save the custom label, open it again, and the photo (my custom text) has shifted, either zooming out or simply no longer being centered. So every time I print a new label, I need to center it, but I am only using this to make essentially a bunch of the same sticker, so rather than re-center every time I just printed out a bunch of them. I can see this being very annoying to some people however, and in general it would be nice if the app actually saved the labels exactly how they are created. This problem seemed to only be with adding ‘photos’ to the labels though, so if you use their text boxes, barcodes, etc. it works a lot better, though they do have very limited fonts. Overall, I’m still happy with it, but the constant re-positioning the image to have it print in the center of the label gets very annoying very fast.

I bought the cute pocket thermal printer that looks like a bear. The app is too hard to work and the printed item is too light with no way to get it to print darker. I saw a video of this on a social media site. It was a much darker print. I purchased it, came the next day. The app is easy to use if you use the same labels as the machine it has a scan code that inputs the paper size into the machine for you. I love it; wish I bought it first over the little bear looking machine.

I like the Bluetooth aspect of it but I did not like how tiny it is and how tiny the little papers are it was pretty easy to use but it's so small.

I use this to print barcodes at my shop for items that don't already come barcoded. I have not had any issues and it's pretty easy to use. Make sure you download the print master app in the app store to print labels!
