Ok even I am groaning at how I spelled Favorite, but for real for real I love this foundation! I was lucky enough to test this in the winter and it did not dry out my skin. Now I'm testing a different shade in 100 degree weather with high humidity and am still getting great results! Sometimes a lady needs different brands when they have crazy weather like we do. I find that Pheora will go from season to season with ease. Today I tried my former foundation, which is 5 times more expensive and I was disappointed. Phoera goes on super smoothly and has instant coverage of my rosacea and redness. It dries quickly. It also doesn't get weird when a powder is applied over the foundation. The result is a smooth, flawless face. I don't break out with Phoera and it does not cause my rosacea to flare up. I have very sensitive skin so this is a big selling point to me. I'm always on the lookout for oil control foundations as I have oily skin. I'm also always on the lookout for full coverage foundations, as I am freckled. This Phoera foundation is purported to be full coverage according to both the product description and the box. I ordered it in color #101 (porcelain)...which is an excellent match for my fair skin. This product is actually more of a medium-full coverage. On one application, it did not totally cover my lightest freckles. After a second application, it became close to full coverage. That is not to say that it will cover dark freckles or beauty marks though. Concealer would still be necessary under this product in those cases. The best way to achieve good coverage with this product would be using a damp beauty blender and dabbing it on. My photos show it on the right side of my wrist. The left side of my wrist is just bare skin. This product goes on as a long-wearing soft matte. With two layers of the product, it does help control my shine for about 4 hours on a hot summer day. At that point, I just blotted my oily areas with a blotting tissue. I was good to go for a few more hours then. I would recommend this product to others who want a medium to full coverage foundation. Not everyone needs or wants full coverage, so it is nice to have flexibility by applying a little more to specific areas of the face. I've tried a number of other products from this brand, and so far they've all been consistent. It can be a bit of a pain finding the right color, but it's pretty great stuff once you do. But most of their products also mix and fade very well with each other, making it easy to experiment with it if you end up needing to order multiple colors to find what you need. Coverage can depend on how much you're going for. It's very easy to just use a nice light layer and get great results, but it can again depend on finding the right color for you. I ordered the #104 Buff Beige. It looked closest to my usual shade. Unfortunately, it’s a shade too light after I applied it. The foundation has great coverage. Just by using a small amount (about size of a dime), it covers my cheeks and chin. Another small amount for my forehead and it’s done. It covers all my blemishes. I did notice that the makeup doesn’t feel greasy when I applied it. In fact, it doesn’t make my skin break out. The foundation lasts all day, even with sweating. It is easily removed with makeup remover wipes. The makeup is good, but the color schemes in the description may be a little off. If I chose a shade darker, it would be “Sand” #105. I like to experiment with different makeups. Now ordering makeup online can be hard at times. Trying to match up shades. I did the best and went with my gut. Once this came in I had to try it. It looked dark in the bottle but after shaking it and applying it. This shade I got was not dark enough for me. Now this does give good coverage. A little goes a long way. Which I really enjoyed. This is a nice, creamy foundation that goes on smoothly for full coverage. It's also supposed to even skin tone, and cover fine lines and wrinkles. I am 65 with lots of wrinkles. The color, hard to match from a computer image, was a little light for me, but after blending, it was fine. However, though I tried to apply lightly and smoothly using brushes and sponges, this foundation did not age well on my wrinkly skin as the day wore on. The makeup is matte finish, and perhaps my skin is too dry and wrinkly for a matte foundation. I don't know. But I do know that this is a good quality product that I would have loved much more as a younger woman. ... show more

I like this foundation as it doesn't cause breakouts, but I feel the color I got was not an exact match. I got the Buff Beige after contemplating between the warm peach, buff beige, and sand. It goes on smooth with a beauty blender, but does not cover my enlarged pores or blemishes that well. It does give a natural matte finish and is waterproof too. This PHOERA Foundation seems ok, but it's too dark and peach/orange for my skin. It's so hard to choose a foundation, and getting the right tone is especially difficult. If you can figure out the right shade for your skin, the coverage seems terrific. I really didn't expect to need porcelain. I'm pale but not quite that pale. ... show more
