I'm 56 and was looking for a new foundation. Powder foundations settle in fine lines and accentuate them on me. This foundation is inexpensive and gives good coverage! It's a little thicker than I'm used too but I do like it. I can easily control the amount I apply with a foundation brush. I have only been using it for a week or so... but so far... I liked it but not on it’s own. I had to mix in a dewier foundation. I liked the full coverage and how long it lasts in the summer. But I do have to mix in a bit of a dewy foundation so my drier spots don’t cling to it and problem solved. It did solve the problem I was having. I was getting too oily with other foundations. Since I have both oily and dry spots. I have combination skin. Now mixing both I have found a perfect foundation. Very happy. I use it with the setting powder. Sometimes the setting powder can be a bit much for my dry spots but not too noticeable that it would bother me. I can use it without any powders and it would be fine but I want to add that extra longevity. But I can’t use the primer because that completely drys me out.
