I have to say it was a little challenging for me to find the exact replacement bulb because of the vehicle I have (2017 Chevy Impala Premier) it can take LED/Halogen/HID type bulb & my manual only lists 1 number, but thanks to YouTube I found out how to take the bulb out to get the numbers off of it, I typed the numbers into the search bar & the exact item popped up. I ordered it that night with free overnight shipping, it was delivered the next morning in a secured package, I put it in & it is perfect. I am so glad I found this & for this price & know how to change it myself because the dealership told me it would cost me $470+tax.     • It works, but first one shipped had the authentication QR code covered with a sticker

The first bulb shipped to me had the authentication QR code covered with a sticker on the box so I could not authenticate the bulb to Philips. I tried to remove the sticker but it tore the QR code when doing so. Amazon sent me a replacement where the box with the bulb was first wrapped in bubble wrap and then the sticker applied. The bulb authenticated with Philips. Installing was not too difficult. Every car will be different. Watch a YouTube video before proceeding. A part on the old bulb needs to be removed and reinstalled onto the new bulb. The most difficult part was getting the rubber cover back on after installing the bulb. It appeared that it needed to go around a circular piece of plastic, but that was wrong. The rubber cover needed to be inside of it. Once I figured that out, the rubber cover went on easily. As for the brightness, it is normal OEM brightness. I replaced the bulb because the old OEM bulb was old and getting dimmer. The light appeared sort of pink on the old one. ... show more

Really like this bulb it worked great I replaced it in my 2007 Mitsubishi outlander with the HID headlights the lights themselves are pretty expensive regardless of what brand but I trusted the Phillips brand and my trust was not missplaced so far. As I said in the title you probably should just buy two even if only one lights gone out because let me tell you a couple weeks later the other one went out and now I am waiting for a second bulb driving around my one-eyed SUV. ... show more
