I’ve purchased several of these for my small business clients. This monitor offers a great solution for a large single monitor setup, with a built in camera and mic and the ability to work like a docking station for a laptop with USB-C, enabling a single cable solution for power, display, USB expansion and the above mentioned camera, mic and speakers. The speakers are not spectacular, but are plenty sufficient for video calls or light video viewing. The quality of the panel is great for everyday viewing in an office environment. Image is sharp and higher refresh rate makes for a smoother experience. I haven’t tested it for any type of gaming use, but that’s not the category of use this monitor is made for.     • Big Screen That Shows Everything While on Live Calls!

This Phillips monitor works with MACs without any issues! I was concerned about that but I did some research and found another gal who used it without any issues. So I bit off on the purchase price and I had it sent to my home. OMG. Now that I have a wider screen, I can do so much! I spend time on zoom calls and this screen makes it possible to work while on a live call. I have given speeches with the help of notes opened to the side. You have the ability to route the monitor sound through a speaker box. I found this required, since the sound that came through the monitor was a little weird. When I routed the sound through the speaker box, everything snapped into place and I have been very happy. The downside is, I am facing a window and I no longer get to see outside the window as this screen blocks the view. I also need lighting on my desk since the monitor blocks the light that comes in through the window. It is that big! Regardless of the sound and light blocking, I really love this monitor and wish I would have had it set up during COVID because I spent many hours on calls with my laptop monitor only. Amazon made purchasing this monitor easy for me with a payment plan. It worked out to be about $65 a month. Great investment. I would NEVER go back to working on the laptop screen again! ... show more

    • Camera and mic stop working mid calls - design flaw

Complete trash. I have wasted hours trying to keep the camera and microphone working correctly. They fall out minutes into a call every time. After much research it is a design issue. I purchased different docking stations along the way to fix it and kept having an issue. Phillips customer service was awful and they have released no patches that would solve the issue. Do not buy this unless you want to drive yourself mad. I will avoid Phillips now as well. ... show more

Like the size, easy to set up. Do not like that it is not able to swivel side to side but that is where I have it not the monitor fault, just connected will come back to give a full review in about a week and then a month- but happy it eliminates my multi screens to one big one

I wanted something to eliminate clutter, and the built in usb hub with power delivery and integrated webcam are what made me purchase this monitor. I use it for work and for gaming. I know it’s not a “gaming” monitor but I’m not a numbers snob and can’t tell the difference. This thing is great on paper. However, the camera is HORRENDOUS. Everything has a weird green tint. Doesn’t matter what color shirt I am wearing- black polo, red plaid flannel, button up, etc. Everything is magically turned an off putting green color. Even my skin has a green tint. I turned into a running joke during work meetings. But the monitor itself is… fine. It does all of the normal monitor things you expect. Just avoid like the plague if you were excited about the integrated camera. Now I have an external camera mounted right next to the internal one, I stare at it daily.     • Finally, a perfect monitor to work with my job's computer

I am not a big reviewer. I read them more than I post, however I want to give a shout out for this monitor. I purchased it back in July and it has be 100% perfect. It works great with MacBooks and Windows PCs too. I have used it with a Lenovo, Dell, and Leagon (Lenovo) gaming PC too. All worked fine. Windows Hello camera works, but is not as nice is like a MacBook camera, but it is better than most. Mic works well for me too, and the built in audio is not too bad also. Over all is it a very good monitor and the price and 4 year warranty is a really nice bonus. Contrast, colors, refresh rate, and detail are all A+. The monitor goes to sleep when it should, and only a very very small LED light blinks softly in the lower right corner. if you use this monitor in a bedroom, you will be able to sleep because the light is not intrusive. I just picked up this monitor, will update review if additional issues happen. First impressions: + Great width for a desk + Clean styling + Good mount, VESA option + Configuration options a-plenty + Came with USB-C, HDMI, and DisplayPort cables in the box + USB hub on the back is a game-changer - One dead pixel on arrival (box not damaged or anything) - Webcam pointed slightly upward - Webcam can't handle blues - 65w USB-C charging is basically a trickle charge - Thin bezel but screen doesn't extend to bezel Overall, I'm pleased but the monitor is far from perfect. I have one dead pixel on the left side of the screen. It's not enough for me to return it, especially in a business/office scenario. The only reason I saw it is because I was looking for it, not bad in the grand scheme of things. The bezel if very thin but the screen doesn't go all the way to the bezel, except on the bottom. There might be adjustment for this, but I haven't found it yet if so. Connecting via USB-C and having a powered USB hub on the back is a game changer. I won't purchase another monitor without this feature. One cable going to the laptop (no charger needed) and no other cables visible (unless you do a wired keyboard and mouse). Windows alerts me that the laptop is barely charging, but it's enough to keep it at the same lever and/or slowly charge over the workday. Not a deal-breaker to me, but it might be if your laptop uses a lot of power. The most frustrating part is the webcam, which is specifically why I purchased this monitor. The webcam does not handle blue well. I was wearing a navy blue polo and it appears bright green. I played with all the visual settings and was not able to correct this. It's pretty drastic. Not the end of the world for customer calls, but if you need good color accuracy, I'd skip this. It doesn't seem to have issues with other colors. Secondly with the webcam, it's pointed slightly upward. How dumb. If you have the monitor at eye level so you aren't slouching (which is the top of the adjustment on the stand with my desk and chair height), the webcam is looking right above your hairline. For calls, I tilt the monitor as far forward as I can and have to lower it halfway down the stand for my face to be centered. Even then, make sure to sit up straight! It's a poor design- they should have aimed it slightly downward or at the very least, kept it a neutral angle. 3/5 stars from me. If the webcam was better and there wasn't a dead pixel on arrival, and the bezel issue wasn't so drastic, this would be a 5/5 product. I don't think Philips would have to do much to make all those things happen. ... show more
