Was thinking of doing LEDs however, the original light bulbs work just as great and the LEDs were $100 a piece. These were only $16 for the set. Let's be real. It's cheaper just to do this and they work great.

I bought the headlight bulbs from amazon as i needed one to replace the that had burned out and it came in a two pack so i have in case the other burns and they are very bright and it was not bad to replace and it works fine. Thanks Pete

Always replace these in "pairs"....rather than just one at time. If you don't replace both....then expect to get unmatched levels of illumination. Great value for the $$ compared to WalMart or any other outlet.

    • Depends on the headlight
Still haven't fixed the bulbs in which high beam and low beam are combined into a single bulb. I've run these in 3 different vehicles. My wife's Pilot and my daughter's Pathfinder both have headlights in which the bulb combines both high beam and low beam. The 3rd vehicle is my GMC pickup which has separate high beam and low beam bulbs. I put these bulbs in both my truck and my wife's Pilot roughly 10 yrs ago. They ran just fine in my GMC for 7 yrs that I know of (that' when I sold it). In my wife's Pilot, both low beams burned out in roughly 6 months. I tried a second set. Both low beams burned out in roughly 6 months. So, I put it back to factory bulbs. Last year I tried again in my daughter's Pathfinder, thinking surely they've fixed that by now. Nope. Again, both low beams burned out in short order. For her they burned out in roughly 3 months, but she drives at night more. I suspect the never get a chance to cool off when the high and low beams are combined. I've read mixed reviews on these, but no one specifies what kind of headlights they have. I can't help but assume the experiences are pretty similar to mine: separate bulbs last much longer than combined ones. ... show more
