We have had 4 of the chairs for a short time and have been very impressed with the quality, comfort and style of them. Chairs are a perfect size. We did have to contact the company, PHI VILLA, because a cushioning grommet on the bottom of a chair was broken upon arrival. We are happy to say they responded to us promptly and they sent us a packet of grommets which solved the problem. We will have the extras if needed. Very impressed with their customer service. Kudos to them!

I ordered 6 chairs. They came in 3 50lbs boxes with 2 chairs in each. The boxes are big and obviously fairly heavy, but more so awkward to grab. I brought one into my assembly area by myself and had my son help me with the other 2. Much easier. I don't have a great workspace in my garage, but have learned for assemblies like this that will take time - esp when you have 6 of them and I read at best 20 mins a chair, I setup a large outdoor temp table by my patio doors that have the most light, and got a chair. I used to foolishly assemble things off the floor and be kneeling for hours. So much easier with tables and being able to sit for part of it and seeing angles at eye level. I took a bit of time to put all the screws/bolts/washers in 3 small bowls so they didn't get lost. Took a bit of time but I think saved a lot more sifting through the bag of un labeled hardware. The main pieces of the chair are labeled. Ok, here is one reason I give it 4 vs 5 stars. The instructions are terrible. It's just a 4 pictures with no written instructions. If you youtbue search the name it finds a 1m video that is a bit more helpful. Tip: the video shows both arms being attached to the chair first, then slipping the back between the arms and assembling the back. Don't do that imo. The back is not wide enough to fit between the arms, and I had to force it through, pull it back hard to lock into position. This makes lining up the holes very difficult as there is no gap to see or maneuver. I was able to get the first 2 done this way but took a frustrating 30 mins on the second to last step. For the last 4 I decided to try something different and assemble each side separately. IE, attach the arms to the right side chair and back, then the left side. You then don't need to slide the back through the arms and it makes it a lot easier to line up the holes and pop in the allen key bolts. The second reason its 4 for now, is they seem a little wobbly to me once in the stand. They do rock which is nice, but there is no pin to keep it firmer if you are eating. They also rock a bit side to side, which for someone older, or if you been having a few, might be a problem. They do look nice and for the price I think it is a good value. Once I've used them more, I'll update this review.

Purchased the brown padded 2 chair set. My 16 year old daughter put them together and it took 35-40 min each chair with no assistance. She said I was just in her way when I offered to help, lol. (She has the skills of building things, beds, sheds, drafting tables, desks, office chairs, bookshelves, etc) and she said these were very simple to build, and everything aligned and she didnt need to use any of her own personal tools. All of the hardware was in a sealed bag and not organized. She separated them for better visuals. I added throw pillows for back support and more upright sitting but thats personalized. Beautiful chairs and just as expected. Sturdy, well built and Happy Campers!

This review is only for product assembly. (P.S. The paper instructions are different from the video instructions. I followed the video instructions cause they made more sense )It’s been three hours and I still don’t have one chair completely put together. They don’t tell you not to tighten the sides all the way down because then it’s impossible to get the back on cause it’s a blind screw in. customer service at the phone number is not available for three days so when you want to put something together on the weekend like most people, you can’t do it. they tell you you can send an email but they said 24 hours by that time you’re back to work . I would suggest two people because they’re heavy and awkward. I’m fairly sure I will love the chairs once they are put together but getting them together has been a nightmare so I have to stop have a friend come over and hope he can help me. not enjoying the assembly one bit !!! This is an update from two hours ago. The chairs are together and on my patio. I love them once they’re put together as I expected. very comfortable great swivel. Also rocks, a little better than I thought once put together I would give them five stars, but cannot do better than three because of the terrible assembly instructions and lack of quick customer service

I was super impressed with these chairs. They were packed well, reinforcement on the corners and well padded within. But the MOST impressive thing to me was, they included extra hardware for every different piece it took to put them together, thus eliminating the most frustrating moment when you realize they shorted you a part. Chairs went together easily and are sturdy and met or exceeded all my expectations.

I bought these outdoor chairs a while back and I must say, the quality is great. It can hold my weight without any issues, and it has held up well after several uses in my backyard. The assembly process was quick and effortless, which is very convenient. After seeing how durable they are, I recently bought two more chairs to complete the set with the table under the hallway.
