Bought the 20ft x 20ft awning. Good product. I have only one complaint, the instructions say to build the roof and then to pick it up and put the legs on afterwards. you won't be able to pick it up. You will literally have to completely disassemble all that work, throw the instructions aside and start over completely from the ground up. You will therefore, be on a ladder assembling the entire roof. So be prepared for this. Otherwise, all is great. This is a good sturdy awning and we are so glad to have it! Seller is quick to communicate and help if any boxes get damaged in transit. I would definitely shop here again.

Came in couple of boxes.... the frame of this thing is the cheapest Chinese material they have lol .. reminds me of a cheap Chinese made bed frame I bought off of Amazon couple of years ago... anyways I bought it so gotta make it work somehow... yea i already bent and broke some Chinese welds already just by moving it lol... I'm adding more strength to the frame and roof with 2x6s because I plan on building walls on all 4 sides making it my shop. I purchase this because it was the cheapest 20x30 I found compare to spending close to 7k for one in my area. Maybe next time I'll spend the 7k for a good one. But it is big and somewhat nice looking for a cheap price.

DO NOT buy anything from phi vila their customer support is non existent as I have emailed thy multiple times with the information they requested with ZERO results I bought a carport from them the sides do not fit I cannot express enough how much to not buy from them I will Never buy from them again
