You don't have to be pregnant to love this pillow (however, I wish I had one when I was pregnant). I bought this pillow because I have back and neck problems and I often wake up feeling stiff, uncomfortable, and have a lot of pain in the mornings. I also have nerve damage from multiple upper body injuries and I often have a very hard time getting to sleep/finding a comfortable position due to tingling and numbness in my hands and arms. My husband suggested a body pillow to help relieve pressure points and after a month of researching various products I finally decided on the Pharmedoc full sized body pillow. I purchased the Jumbo Gray U-Shape pillow (not detachable) and it arrived yesterday. I opened the vacuum packed pillow and allowed it to expand and rest for several hours before trying it out. I slept on it last night and got one of the best nights sleep I've had in a very long time. I got comfortable quickly, fell asleep quickly, slept all the way through the night without tossing and turning, and I woke this morning without any soreness, stiffness or pain. Absolutely amazing!! Obviously I haven't used this product much yet, but here is my pro/con list so far. Mostly pros. The cons are honestly more preferences rather than true problems with the product. Pros: -Size is perfect for me (I am 5' tall and weigh 132 lbs) and seems to be versatile as my husband and daughter have both laid on it and like the size as well. -Soft, comfortable fabric, not too hot either. -Washable cover. -Versatile positioning - I am a side sleeper, but also spent some time lounging on my back on this pillow before bed and I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep while on my back. It can also be positioned so that you can sit with it wrapped around you, kind of like a bean bag chair. You need something like a wall or couch arm behind you to prop up on, but very, very comfortable for sitting/lounging in bed (which I am very fond of doing in the evening). -Stuffing can be accessed by removing the cover and unzipping the internal pillow which would allow the stuffing to be changed, added to, or reduced. Cons: -I think I might have liked the detachable pillow a little more because it has a built in space for your arm when sleeping on your side and you have a little more control over the size of the detachable pillow. -My husband and I share a queen size bed and the jumbo sized pillow does crowd his side of the bed a little bit (however, this is no fault of the manufacturer, I knew the measurements when I bought it). -I am not sure how well the stuffing will hold up in the long run, it feels like it may breakdown over time. I may consider replacing the stuffing with shredded memory foam at some point in the future.

Now at 15 weeks pregnant, I’ve been using this pregnancy pillow daily, and it’s been amazing! The fit is perfect for my body size—not too bulky but still providing great support. I was struggling with sleep due to discomfort, but this pillow helps a lot with pain relief in my back and legs. The pillow is just the right firmness—soft enough to be cozy but firm enough to give solid support, which I love. It’s also surprisingly sturdy despite being compact. Plus, it’s easy to adjust and position, making it very easy to use. When I need to move it from the bed to the couch, it’s light and easy to handle, which adds to its ease of transport. If you’re looking for a supportive pregnancy pillow that doesn’t take up the entire bed, this one is perfect!

Let me tell you something. Ever since i got this for my wife she hasn't cuddled with me! She loves this pillow. I cant wait until we give birth so i can get rid of it!!! in all seriousness she does like this pillow. Its very soft and extremely comfortable. after washing it many times (removable covers). It holds up well. There is a smaller "arm" that you can unzip from the pillow so you can cuddle or just want the one side of the pillow. She says that its great to help relieve the hip pain she has while sleeping. we did have some issues ordering it though. the first pillow we ordered got lost somewhere. but we got a refund and tried ordering again. This one we received rather quick. Personally i would buy one for myself. The pillow is worth the money. I've taken a few naps in it and feel like I'm bundled up safe in a cocoon. They also have a bunch of cute colors/ patterns which is a plus.

I bought this because…well obvious reasons, haha! I am NOT a side sleeper and that’s been a very difficult thing for me to do since I’m ALWAYS sleeping on my back but now, I must change. SIZE & STYLE > It’s about half the width of a queen sized bed (divide the bed in half vertically, that’s how wide the pillow is and divide the first half horizontally now, that’s how big the pillow is as a whole, TLDR; the pillow will not exceed the width of your SOs side). The style that I wanted had like the full design like the one pictured but it had like a flat side for the arm…I was sad that this one wasn’t it but it’s okay because I feel like this is helping me sleep and stay asleep on the side (that’s what I asked my hubby anyway when he would glance at me, he said “you’re sleeping so peacefully and staying side sleeping” and I was like “😳 I AM?!?!”, he said “yes”. QUALITY > The cover is a very nice a soft and velvety feel, I don’t find it warm enough to keep me toasty and cool enough that I’m not freezing (does that make sense?). The actual pillow is quite a stuffed one meaning it could exceed the height and girth of your own bed pillow (it does for mine) and the best part is, the cover is removable and washable, I haven’t done so yet (I should’ve before using it but I really needed to use it since the alternative was having a small pillow wedged between my knees with a regular pillow for my legs, what about my back?). COLOUR > I chose the jumbo grey thinking it would look JUST like the ad with that blue tinge but NOOOO, it is a very light grey colour so I contacted the company regarding this, they wanted to offer me a partial refund and I told them “no, just send me a new colour in that blue tinge colour” and they sent me the exact same cover…I was puzzled but not upset; beggars can’t be choosers SO, now I have two jumbo grey covers (NOT A BLUE TINGE AT ALL), I will wash the other one before use. DELIVERY > It arrived quite quick and very compressed so give it a few hours to let it fully inflate. When my the hubby opened the package, I was like 😳…it looked very old and used but I assure you, it was brand spankin’ new :D. I gave it 4 hours to fully inflate, there’s no instruction saying how long to wait, it just looked full and round to me. REPURCHASE > I would buy from this seller again as it’s obvious that this company does care for its customers 😊 p.s > last picture is of me using this as like a little table to write this review! p.p.s > real rating: 4.8 stars, seriously, it’s the colour, WAHHH! I hope this helps!
