I wanted to get a rose body oil shower gel to replace my Botanical Spa Therapy Soothing Rose Oil Body Wash. That one smelled so good. I had high hopes for this one and so far I really like it. Like the headline says, the smell is lovely and seems more natural and delicate than other rose smells. Also, just a couple small pumps will be enough to wash your entire body if you lather up with a scrub glove or brush. Which is nice because the bottle was smaller than I thought. I probably could have gotten a cheaper price at another store, but am happy to try it now. Glad to support a cruelty-free brand.

The pump doesnt work. So in the shower you have to unscrew the whole pump top and pour it out. Sounds annoying? It is. The bodywash itself feels nice and smells nice. The smell is really subtle, would like it to be stronger really, but it gets the job done and leaves skin feeling clean but not amazing. It's. Ok. Pricey for just ok.

This is a nice liquid shower soap for body wash. Scent is Rose yet it has a very unusual fragrance. The fragrance does not linger over much. It is adequate but not exactly a vintage rose fragrance.

Before using this body wash, I often ended up with very dry skin after showering since I like the water to feel very warm. I was honestly shocked by how different my skin felt after using this body wash though. I have definitely seen major improvements in skin hydration and I will definitely buy more of this product when this first bottle runs out. The scent is pretty good as well. I wouldn't necessarily call it rose, but it is a sweet, pleasant smelling floral that lingers on the skin for a while after showering. It's not overwhelming either, which I love. The only con to this body wash is the quality of the bottle. Once you get the pump working, it functions just fine, but the first few uses, I was convinced the pump was broken given how little soap was being dispensed. Once the air bubbles got out of the pump's line though, it started working as expected and hasn't had an issues since.

I wish this was a bit bigger, I usually find these at TJ max for way cheaper and larger. I got this to get me by when I couldn’t find it there but I love this brand and the quality does not disappoint. My skin is very sensitive, I noticed it does not affect it in any negative way, and leaves it feeling so refreshed and great, almost brighter too after using it. It definitely doesn’t dry out your skin it actually seems really hydrating, as most rose products should be!
