I bought this to use in an RV kitchen hood and it was just not strong enough. It's incredibly quiet, but not particularly powerful. I would imagine that it would work just fine in it's design scenario (computer cooling), but don't bother getting this for higher-flow applications. Even though it didn't work for what I wanted, I'm giving it 4 stars because it does perform appropriately for what it purports to be - it's just not quite what I was looking for. ... show more

I love this fan, it does what I needed to do and it fits where I needed to fit, every time I have need for 200mm fan this is the one I get. It's relatively quiet for such a large fan you will hear a whoosh from it but that's about it. It's always a pretty quiet fan. It's worth mentioning that The Fan Hub on this fan is a little smaller than other 200 mm fans making the blades just a little bit longer giving it just a little more airflow. Keep in mind that this is a 30 mm thick fan, not a 25 mm thick fan so if you're trying to put it in a tight space it may not fit, measure carefully. I got this one to replace a thermaltake 2030 as the main case fan for my thermaltake core V1. The clearance inside the thermaltake case, in regards to the video card, is a little tight but everything managed to fit in. ... show more

Fits and runs great in my Cooler Master Stryker case (white version of the CM Trooper case). I had to finally replace the existing fan in my case because it wobbled which made it slow and very noisy. So far the phantek fan is doing great and it fits even better since the overall body is minimal even though it's the same fan size so that's great. ... show more

Big, quiet, moves plenty of air. I added this to my NZXT Phantom Full Tower. NZXT likes to use their proprietary fan diameters and mounting hole spacing. I had to find a way to get this into the top of the case without tearing things up too bad. The diameter was fine. I took off one side of the rubber buffer thingys and held it in with a bit of heavy duty double sided tape. Tension held the rest in place. Worked like a charm and you couldn't tell it wasn't stock. Nice fan. NZXT, you suck with your brand-specific mounting methods. BOO! ... show more

its super quiet. unless you are running this at max, you will not hear this. I get better temps with my smaller corsair fan but this fan in particular works. im giving only 4 stars on installation because it is slightly too big for my thermtake core v1. I had to put a piece of plastic in between the gpu and case as the fan was pushing the gpu into the walls and scraping the fans. overall I give it 5 stars but I am disappointed it was slightly too big for my case but I still got it in there. ... show more

Phanteks created a great 200mm fan that is quiet while also moving quite a bit of air. I used this fan on the top panel of my enthoo pro. Make sure though if you have the enthoo pro to use the long fan screws that were included with the case to mount the fan.
