Obviously block out a fair amount of ambient noise cuz he can’t hear anything and screams the whole time he’s playing. He loves that they light up also. I had have plenty of inexpensive headsets and this one is disappointing, leds only light up if usb cable is plugged. I used it for console gaming and it didn’t work well, audio kept coming in and out. I wouldn’t recommend this set at all.
