Not all of them are sharp, had to sharpen two of them before I could start using them. This might be a fluke, but overall is a good product, I’ve used there gouges and they make a good quality product. Someone might have had a bad day at the factory.

I am not pleased with this purchase. They were not sharp at all even after trying to sharpen on a strop. I heard so much talk about this brand and just didn't see it with this purchase. I have a Helvie and flex cut that work very well they came razor sharp. I hope this was just a bad set.

Great knives, each comes in its own plastic sleeve. Very sharp, no need for honing when received. They cut beautiful 'three-cut' triangles in Basswood purchased through Amazon.

Love pfeil chisels, their carving knifes, not so much. Blade in one is already loose. Disappointing actually as Pfeil holds a lot of respect for me
