UPDATE : 10MAR20 CHANGED TO ONE STAR WOULD GIVE IT ZERO IF I COULD. Had them for a while and the salt grinder is a piece of CRAP yes at first it was good but it did NOT TAKE LONG BEFORE IT STOPPED working properly - it unscrews itself - like others commented and it barely produces a fine white powder before jamming REGARDLESS of where you have the tightness of the screw the pepper at this stage unscrews itself and I have to keep readjusting the grind BUT the grind in both is TOTALLY UNEVEN and USELESS. DO NOT RECOMMEND WOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER BUY AGAIN WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK AS IT DOES NOT GRIND SALT OR PEPPER properly as advertised! EXPECTED much better from the brand for the price ... don't buy it I should have listened to others comments. Love them just what I expected them to be also purchased the tray for them... in a world of rubbish these aren't bad. Pretty too and can with salt and pepper loaded :) Only down was not the lime bright colours I was expecting (yellow is very pale) but that is not an issue as I am not that rigid. It's really pretty, I will use it every day. But, I am disappointed that I can't change the size of the grind, and the salt is too fine. There is no adjustment that I can find. Update I threw them away. The salt grinder did not work at all, it just created salt dust that stuck to the bottom of the grinder. I tried every way I could figure out how to adjust the grind. Now, I am shopping for a different set of grinders and I hope I do better next time. ... show more

My mother had issues with her old grinder seizing up often, we tried getting her an electric set but it was too sensitive and eventually the included AAA batteries leaked and it stopped working. I got her these and they are great, never seize, easy to grind and you get accurate control of the salt and pepper compared to the chaos of the electric grinders she previously used, highly recommended. ... show more

Very easy to find the right grinder grade you like. They look very good in my kitchen. I was looking for new ones as I can’t stand the look of silver any longer. They are easy to clean and to refill. Would recommend!
