The media could not be loaded. I have a couple K9 II dryer and this one is slightly weaker but much hotter which actually makes the dog drying quicker than the k9 a. It is much more fragile, however you can't expect it to be as sturdy as a leading brand for a third of the price. Fodnthis price I definitely recommend this product. I bought and I use both at the same time on large dogs. I can dry big dogs much much quicker because of the heat in this one

These are supposed to come with a warranty but there is no way to get ahold of anyone. I've had to break in less than 9 months with no way to get help with replacements.

I wanted to love this dryer - I really did, however the hose continued to disconnect and require us to screw it back in constantly, thus a huge time inconvenience in a busy grooming shop. The seller recommended putting a bit of soapy water into the connection flange to solve this problem. Worked for a little while longer, but continued to disconnect. When I contacted the seller again, asking for a replacement flange and hose to see if the one we had was defective, they said they've never heard of this problem so return it. NOT great customer service in my book! Consider it returned!

I've had this dryer for a couple of years now. It's VERY powerful and has held up very well with pretty much daily use. The biggest problem is that it draws a very large amount of electricity it will trip the breaker fuse after about 30 minutes of use on half power with no heat. I always try to find an outlet that is meant to plug appliances into, you can get a good hour on full power with no heat, however the dryer does blow warm air without having to flip the temp switch. It does melt plugs if you are able to run it on full power for an extended time or with the heat on. I've had to switch the plug three times and the whole cord once. It's a good dryer but it takes some learning to use it without blowing fuses or causing a house fire 🤣.
