I bought the white dress with the giant heart and blue skirt with American flags on it. Love it, came as described, at fit very nicely (with a little room to spare)--my chihuahua-mix dog fell under the 'medium size' category (neck: 9.5-10 in, length: 10 in, girth: 15). To me, it looks/feels like great quality. The large heart is actually a semi-stiff 'patch' glued snugly onto the shirt, which I highly appreciate (patches last longer). The hems are nicely sewn. The skirt is soft, satin/silky one-sided material, not lined (a single layer) and the design is one-sided, but the skirt is also long, so it doesn't actually matter, since it won't easily flip-up (except when you have a dog with a very waggy tail, then the bottom part that hands over the tail probably will). lol I love long dresses though, it's perfectly patriotic, and super cute. This was the most adorable patriotic outfit for my little girl for the 4th of July! I washed it before she wore it and the bow came off in the dryer, but I liked it better without it anyway. My Frenchie wore an XXL based on the recommended sizing (she's normally a medium). The quality was great, the shirt portion was good quality cotton and the skirt was polyester. The heart is ironed on and is lifting and the bow won’t stay tied it’s just hanging on by a thread. As soon as you wash the thing it’s over. I initially ordered the dress knowing I was going to make some adjustments and customizations for my dog Drama. I have ordered several dresses from petitebella store before so I will say that the quality is always good and feels secure. I ordered the size 2XL, I have a French bulldog and she has quite a wide neck so it did tear along the neck line upon trying it on. I was able to fix the tear myself, and she was still able to wear the dress with it not being too tight around the neck, but I do wish that this store made their dresses with a bigger neck line on the dresses and some bigger sizes for some of the bully breeds or bigger breeds in general. Now for the best part the customizations!!😍 The dress has a satin skirt with a thin layer of blue tulle. I sewed some white and red tulle under the skirt to add more drama and give more of a fluffy pageant dress type of vibe. I also added some Swarovski crystals on to the heart that’s on the dress. My original plan was to add crystals throughout the whole heart however, I ran out of time. Either way I’m super happy with how the dress came out. Drama got tons of compliments and she loved it herself! I recommend this dress as is but I love it even more after all I added to it!😍❤️ ... show more
