I truly love this under eye cream! Dark circles under my eyes have forever been the bane of my existence. After much research, questioning my doctors, etc.. one of the factors that is always mentioned is lack of Vitamin C is a contributor. When Ulta opened in our town, I spent over a year trying different brands, products, talking to the sales people, and finally settled on Peter Thomas Roth’s line featuring potent vitamin C, & I’m so glad I found it! So many serums/creams have a watery, thin feel to them-this isn’t the case with the PTR potent C line. It’s a concentrated, thick serum that absorbs your undereye skin quickly. I won’t lie & say my dark circles are gone-but this product has done the best job of noticeably fading the dark, since I use it religiously. The purpose of this PTR product does what it says it will do compares to other brands. I use PTR skin care too and I’m not disappointed at all. My skin is so much softer and hydrated. The skin products are not harsh. The anti aging works.

I have use PTR products for years, love them, but this product is being returned immediately. It has a very strong unpleasant odor, as another reviewer said it is somewhat fishy, it burns a bit, and is even leaving an unpleasant taste in my mouth from the smell. I am afraid to sleep with it on and will be washing it off. ... show more
