The "glass" is not glass, it is plexi. That's why I gave it 4, not 5 stars. With that being said, the plexi is very clear and overall, the frames look very nice. The backing is a very solid particle board, not cheap cardboard. It came with hanging pins. I used these to replace some cheap dollar store frames I had my military certificates in, and although the wood grain is faux, it matches the furniture in my music studio nicely. ... show more
