We recently purchased the 24 x 12-inch headstone for our beloved fur baby, Molly, with the background removed from her photo and the added outdoor protective coating. Simply put—we absolutely love it. Tears were definitely shed when we received it. It was exactly what we had envisioned and more. We were honestly nervous at first because the picture quality we submitted wasn’t the best. The system even notified us about it, but I didn’t know how to improve the pixels—and that photo was the one. The picture of Molly that my heart was set on. Despite my worries, the result far exceeded my expectations. Everything—from the lettering, the design elements, the photo clarity, and the overall quality—was absolutely perfect. Customizing it was easy and straightforward, which helped during such an emotional time. I truly appreciated the font that was automatically selected because I’m often indecisive, and it turned out beautiful. There was enough space in the character limits for us to say what we wanted, though I wish I could have written pages to honor her memory. She meant the world to us, and we miss her so much. But this headstone is a beautiful tribute to her life and the joy she brought us. This headstone gave us a way to honor her and start healing. Shipping was also quicker than expected, which meant a lot. Thank you for creating something so special. Highly recommend to anyone memorializing a cherished pet.

We recently lost our dog. We buried her in the yard and I wanted a marker so I would know where she was. Something I can put at grass level and run over it with the lawnmower without breaking the stone or mower. This granite plaque is perfect. I ordered 8"x12", personalized it for our Dog with a photo of her in B/W. I did not know how that would come out. It is actually etched into the Granite! So are all the letters and pawprints between the lines. I did glue it (outdoor glue at the hardware store $6.99 a tube) to a 12"x16" concrete block to provide a solid back for it. (block $1.48). Just to add color I used the rest of the glue to put flat marbles around the entire granite stone. I accidentally bought white glue, I would advise clear. But I'm ok with it. No one will see it but us. Now I will just dig down about 2", poor in some sand to make it level with the ground and supported...and stomp on it to set it in. :D Quality is wonderful for a home memorial. They do a wonderful job. Shipping was quick, packaging was secure.

I bought 2 other memorials before getting this one. Within one year of being outside, both of them crumbled and fell into pieces. I couldn't believe that for this price (cheaper than the other 2) that this was engraved with his picture, my personal sentiment, and dates. Totally phenomenal!

Thank you so much for doing an amazing job on on late husband's plaque. It came out more beautiful than I expected. Worth every cent. It's the perfect memorial that I wanted displayed. Not enough words to describe how beautiful it is in person. I will be ordering a different one as well to be somehow attached to a large rock in my yard in his memorial garden I'm in the process of making. Thanks again!
