Honestly I wasn’t going to buy based on some of the reviews, but I’m glad I did. Great value, they came super fast and they sublimate well. I see that some reviews say they don’t iron on but I think people don’t realize that you have to remove the paper backing before ironing on the patch. They actually adhere beautifully. If there is a question about size, they are actually 2.5” in diameter.

I was really excited to try these out and when I used my hat press they did not ahere to well at all. They would be best to stitch on a hat. Was really looking forward to an easy process.

Sublimation works well on them. Disappointed that the size changed. I bought several orders and had to change my whole setup because the last batch was smaller. The adhesive is not very good. I have to add a high quality adhesive to get them to stick.

I would absolutely buy these again as I’m sure my family and friends will want more made – this is only my third project since I got a printer with sublimation ink in it. I think they came out pretty good for my first time doing badges! These badges are good. I have an iron them on yet, but if they don’t iron on good, I can always sell them on no problem. I use 400° for 35 seconds, one of the images smudged, and I think that was because I pushed down and I probably shouldn’t have. I will be doing more testing that theory out. But for the most part, these are really great badges. I do have a graphic design degree so I scanned in all three size badges, and then I drew the inside space of the badges so that I could get the images to fit perfectly. I would suggest doing that unless you just wanna put an image on with a lot of white space around it. Would definitely buy again love these badges!!

I ordered these patches a month ago and was very happy with them. I set up templates, created designs and made molds to improve heat pressing. I ran through my initial order and ordered more, only to discover they changed size while I was going to print them. They are a full 0.10” smaller and everything I had set up to print was no longer useable. Now I have to spend hours resizing my templates and designs, making new press molds. That doesn’t include the wasted ink for transfers I printed ahead of time. I ordered the same exact item from the same exact seller. Time is money when you own a business and now I have wasted lots of time due to the unadvertised change. I am very, very disappointed.
