I spent quite a bit of time researching various models of rolling ice chests. This one had good reviews and features. It was damaged in shipping, and the company sent a replacement part pretty quickly. Unfortunately, I was having a party and needed this for the party. Luckily, the only damage was to the bottom shelf and not too noticeable. So, I assembled it (not too hard to do) and used it for the party, with plan of replacing the bottom shelf after the party. That was about 6 weeks ago… so, the rating was a 4 because of the damage and my having to replace that bottom shelf. ... show more

UPDATE: I received the third cooler replacement and am furious! One of the legs is torqued, so either the wheel won’t screw on or the bottom screw won’t. I spent an hour working on the leg, twisting it enough with a vise and clamps to get it screwed on. Then, the pre-drilled holes for the handles didn’t line up with the handles. If I hadn’t already got most of it put together after two hours messing with this, I’d send it back. Don’t waste your money — it’s poorly made and simply not worth the money. I ordered one of these from Wayfair and it arrived dented with chipped paint. The manufacturer offered me a replacement or 15% off. Given Wayfair ships slow, I said no to both and asked for a refund. I ordered another one from Amazon since it could get here in time for my party and this one arrived damaged like crazy as shown in the photos! I’m returning it as well. The manufacturer needs to pack these better so damage like this doesn’t occur. I mean, we’re 0-for-2 on a good product arrival! Very disappointed. ... show more
