I'm almost hesitant to write a review about this, because I don't want it to get so popular, it sells out, BUT... I love sharing amazing cosmetics when I finding them, so... you're welcome! First, I LOVE Peripera! I discovered this Korean cosmetic brand when it was being carried by my local CVS, but lost my connection after it closed, so I'm delighted to see Amazon carries it now. All the cosmetics I've tried from Peripera have been incredibly high-quality at a very accessible price point, and these are no exception. This velvet lip trio has a fantastic formula-- incredibly rich, velvety, and highly pigmented. The smell and 'taste' of these lip stains is pleasant as well. The consistency feels like a very light, whipped butter, but it dries down to a weightless, matte finish. Unlike other matte lip stains, this is very moisturizing and does not settle into the lines in or around your lips. Some light transferring will occur when you first place it on your lips, so be sure to blot after application, but once the pigment has dried on your lips, it will stay stained for most of the day. I applied the lip stain at about 9AM, and did not have to re-touch until about 4pm (after I had breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee, and ice cream). Even before reapplying, my lips were still stained red, but it was a softer more defused lip-- like I had just eaten a cherry popsicle-- still pigmented but subtle and pretty. The three shades of red are (in my opinion) universally flattering on a wide spectrum of skin tones. #32-- Fuchsia red -- more overtly pink and a more 'modern' way to wear a red lip #33- Pure Red -- this is more of your classic, pin-up red from the 1940's and 50's. Very neutral -- would look great on both cool / warm skin tones. #34 - Smokey Red-- This is more of a darker brick red that would compliment a mysterious noir look from the 1920's or 30's. Also great for someone who wants a bold red lip, but not the brightness of the #33. Again, looks great on cool / warm tones. Overall, I really love this trio set, and am happy to incorporate it into my everyday makeup look -- which always includes my signature bold red lip. I think its an incredible value for the quality of product you're getting. I also really like that the lipstain dries down weightlessly matte, so it feels like I'm not wearing anything on my lips, but gives long-lasting pigmentation throughout the day, that eventually fades into a flattering stain.

I’ve been using Peripera for years and their lip products definitely doesn’t disappoint! I was looking for a neutral lipstick and I finally decided to get this in the shade 026 Apricot Peach. The texture is really creamy but smooth, and on the lips, it does give the velvety finish, plus the color really suits my neutral undertone. Oh, it also smells really good! It’s like fruit but flowery kind of scent, which very pleasant! I like to use this lip tint as a very soft pink base and add a darker shade for gradient. It’s on the dryer side, so it doesn’t really hydrates your lips, it would cling to a dry patch but when I topped it with a lip gloss/balm, it looks really nice!

Color: 028 MAUVEFUL NUDE
I'm always leery of purchasing a new lip product online, as the color on the monitor isn't always the color of the product. That said, this color, "Mauveful Nude" is one perfect shade richer than my actual lips. (yay!) The texture is a velvety matte, and the coverage is good. Once dry, it lasted through several cups of coffee without transfer, but I did need to reapply after eating. I found it neither moisturizing nor drying, so if your lips are in good shape there should be no issues. Will purchase again at some point.

Color: 002 CELEB DEEP ROSE
I’m glad I looked up info online and waited two weeks to review. This is my first Korean lip tint and I was using it wrong. I swiped it on my lips like a gloss. Not only was the color NEON PINK on my lips, but it was goopy and transferred everywhere. My lips also shrunk like a puckered raisin and was wrinkly. So what worked for me was 1) regularly exfoliating and moisturizing 2) prior to application, I would dab a Thin layer of aloe vera on my lips, let it slightly dry down, but still wet 3) when pulling the applicator out of the bottle, swirl it on the lip to get off most of the product 4) lightly dab the bottom lip inside staying away from corners and outer edges 5) very lightly smack lips to spread the minuscule amount used. Tips: 1.) Don’t slide your lips around like spreading lipstick because I find that it goes outside of bottom lip line and looks messy. 2.) The active ingredient Dimethicone - gives the product staying power and that smooth, velvety feel - is an occlusive and will suck the moisture out of your lips if you don’t add a humectant (like aloe) first. I’m pleased with the color using such a Tiny amount. Now, it looks like MLBB instead of a CLOWN.

Color: 017 ROSY NUDE
This product, unlike other stains, is very moisturizing. The first picture is Rosy nude upon application, the second picture is after breakfast, and wiping my mouth, and the third picture is mid afternoon. I also ordered another color that was too dark for me but this color seems just right. Celeb deep rose was a bright berry color that I did not like.

I have used other matte lip products that are long lasting color This one is not too drying but I did have to put some lip gloss over it. Still stayed on well & didn't smear. I would definitely buy again.
