    • Nice and smooth
These are nice art pens I use them to Zentangle and the tips seem to be holding up and you can get a nice consistent stroke they definitely do not skip. I have not used them long enough to know what the longevity is. I also purchased a set as a gift and the recipient really likes them.

    • Fantastic pens for the price!!
I'm a pen junkie, but not a snobby one....which means I am pretty giving and forgiving when it comes to my pens. I've had these for a couple of months now and they have bern pretty great. I love the different sizes that the set has, my favorite being the 10 & the 1.0. The only bad thing I can say about them is that my favorites have either dried out or were duds from manufacturing (the 10) or the end of the tip has broken off (the 1.0), so those two aren't very usable anymore. Ugh, why did it have to be my two favorites?! I am just getting started with modern calligraphy and brush lettering, so I don't think I'm the best person to judge the brush pen included in the set. It has been satisfactory for my few needs and expectations. THe case that the oens come in is a huge bonus, because it's durable, thick, and a has held up to a lot of bumos and drops my toddler has put it through...and it's quiet. Not like the loud, hard plastic you usually get with cases. The latching to close it is very secure and quiet. The 4 clips that came with it have easily and unexpectedly become my favorite part of this set. I love any office supply, from pens to sticky notes to paper clips. I'm sure you know what I mean without me continuing. I can use these things like binder clips, paper clips, rubber bands (well, in some ways), and more. If you aren't a snob about pens and you like any type of felt tip pen, whether or not you prefer fine lines and widths or bold lines and widths, give these a shot! You may find that you found an amazing deal, just like I did! ... show more

These pens are great for Zentangle inspired pattern drawing. The brush pen is especially nice because it is stiffer than many similar pens which allows the user to get into very narrow corners. It also keeps it thin point longer than pens with softer points. The reusable case that the pens came in is an extra bonus. ... show more

I got them thinking they would be black, because of the photos but when i tested them they seemed to be a darker grey color. This isn’t too too big of an issue but i am an artist and i thought i’d test these out instead of the typicall “Micron” branded pens I usually get. I havent owned them long enough to say for sure about their longevity, but I heard that the marker runs out quick. Next time I’ll probably stick with the name brand, but overall they’re pretty decent. ... show more
