I’ve had so many drops, accidental tosses with this case for a year and a half, and this case protected my phone far better than any other case I’ve owned. Accidental drops from near head height (I’m 5’8 for scale), face down nearly every time and still good as new. Even tosses out of frustration due to certain circumstances… never cracked on the front or back. The only complaint I have from my original case (Just ordered a new one, replaced it), the side buttons fell out of the slot where the case locks to take the phone out/keep it in. One piece broke off for the silencer cover compartment that connects to volume up and down. Without that, the buttons aren’t held in properly. ... show more

This is a pretty good case with good drop protection. Also feels good in the hand. My only problems are the latches that holds the case together. Theres one on the bottom for the charging port, and one on each side and they are very uncomfortable to hold. They also come unlatched sometimes. I recently purchased a phone cover the Pelican Shield Series - iPhone 13 Pro Max Case. I have had it on my phone for less than a week. I dropped it today and the whole back of my phone is shattered. How can a company sell a product that it 21ft drop protected but it couldn’t even with stand a fall from two feet. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.
