I love pelican cases. This ranger case fulfills my expectations for iphone 13 - sturdy plastic, strong corners and the buttons and speaker holes are aligned well. It feels sturdy in my hands. The buttons press easily. I got the ranger because its a little thicker than the adventure style around the corners, based on the photos. I feel like if I drop it, the phone will be fine. The pelican cases are rated for 15 ft drops while most cases are rated for 6 ft drops. It certainly feels that way. The clear case does have a slight rainbow effect when viewed under light at a steep angle, but it doesn’t bother me and I care more about the safety and practicality of this case. It looks nice with my white phone. It is tough plastic, not silicone so it could get scratched if you dig metal into it, but I like this plastic and it feels strong. ... show more

I’ve had so many drops, accidental tosses with this case for a year and a half, and this case protected my phone far better than any other case I’ve owned. Accidental drops from near head height (I’m 5’8 for scale), face down nearly every time and still good as new. Even tosses out of frustration due to certain circumstances… never cracked on the front or back. The only complaint I have from my original case (Just ordered a new one, replaced it), the side buttons fell out of the slot where the case locks to take the phone out/keep it in. One piece broke off for the silencer cover compartment that connects to volume up and down. Without that, the buttons aren’t held in properly. ... show more

It's been a great case in protecting the phone, my husband loves the Pelican brand. But darn not indestructible. be careful because we found dog chew marks on the case but phone was fine. Our bad. It's not bulky and looks nice.

Loved the color of the case. It was easy to take my phone in and out. It fit my phone perfectly, but I did think it was on the thinner side. As someone who is accident-prone, I don't think this would have protected my phone, so I returned it.

At first I thought it was a great case but one of the clips broke 2 weeks later due to the belt clip holster, I contacted customer support and they wanted pictures/video, product purchase info and for me to pay for shipping, I get it, but it would be easier if I just bought another case
