This product really works. I've been been buying other around-the-neck eyeglass holders forever. They are all OK at the beginning. Ultimately the plastic loops at the ends of the "chain" that you attach to the eyeglass stems loosen up and slip off the eyeglass stems. This is an honest review from an actual paying customer. These work, period. I tried almost every single type of eyeglass holder so that I can take off my glasses and they just hang down, and this product is the one that didn't slip, and worked from day one. If you have been frustrated with other eyeglass holders that slip or don't stay put, then just hit the buy button. These are your solution. I am knocking off one star for a very specific reason. You will have to replace them, as the plastic will eventually break, and this will become an ongoing expense. My plastic on my first pair broke after 5 months. Acceptable, but not stellar, I was hoping for at least a 9-12 month replacement window, hence the one star deduction. You MAY get longer life out of them than I did. I use them on glasses with thick temples, so the plastic is probably stretched and strained more than on a pair of glasses which does not have thick temples. I am only relating MY experience with durability, and I understand that my glasses place additional strain on the plastic due to the thickness. However, this will not stop me from purchasing the product again. Now that I know the replacement cycle, I will be buying this in bigger batches, as the cost per unit comes down the more you buy. So... buy a two pack to start, like I did to test them out. Once you are convinced these are the solution (and you will be convinced), then purchase more after the first one breaks. ... show more

These are the best glasses holder I have used by far. I put them on my readers, they haven’t moved or even come loose in weeks, even though you can adjust them if you want. Far superior to dollar store or drug store junk.

Finally a lanyard that works. Rubber holder has slit to fit onto frames. Snuggly, no adjusting. Just push on and it grips. No slipping. Only 2 in package and a little more costly. But when my prescription glasses fell out of the adjustable type and hit the carpet and were almost stepped on, I knew I had to change! Highly recommend!! ... show more
