I bought the Pearson’s Original Salted Nut Rolls thinking they’d be a nice snack to have around the house for a while. That was adorable of me to think. My husband discovered them, and they disappeared in less than a week. I barely had time to confirm they existed before the stash mysteriously vanished. According to him, the combination of salty peanuts, sweet caramel, and that fluffy nougat center is basically snack perfection. I did manage to try one before the great disappearance, and I get it—sweet, salty, chewy, crunchy… it hits all the right notes. New addiction! Salted Nut Rolls have become difficult to find, often only at our local hardware store (and sometimes not there!) It was awesome to just have a whole box of fresh and delicious bars delivered to my doorstep. Yum!

My package had a medium tear at the top however, all 24 bars were present and accounted for. The bars are delicious with lots of nuts which are high in protein and give you energy! They are a bit expensive. But worth it! The nougat center tastes great with the outer nut covering. I really wanted the giant size but they weren’t available. I love these and eat way too many of them. They've always been a little bit hard to find, a lot of stores don't have them, or sometimes have extremely stale ones that have probably been there for years. I finally got tired of that and decided to start ordering them here about 6 months ago... and I have gone through an alarming number of boxes already. It's amazing that I haven't gotten sick of them. They are perfect for any time: when you have a sweet tooth, or the munchies, or if you need a quick shot of protein to keep you moving. I bring some to work, and eat a couple if I don't feel like stopping for a full lunch. Just my luck.... as soon as I start ordering them online, it seems like this supply may be dwindling too. Please tell me they are not phasing these out. If they aren't selling enough, it's a failure of marketing. Maybe change the name and the package, but don't you dare stop making these. I don't know what I would do, going back to Payday or Baby Ruth just wouldn't be the same. ... show more
