I am very satisfied. I’ve been drumming all my life and the quality is very very good. Of course, it is Pearl. The finish is beautiful and consistent. The hardware is very sturdy. The kick pedals are high quality. One note on that… some of the adjustment set screws were in so tight I couldn’t get them loose and using their included Allen wrench stripped out one so it’s never coming out. Use a quality Allen wrench to do your adjustments. With that said there are enough varied adjustments so that I was able to get the stricker where I needed it. One gripe… the heads are low quality. Getting different top and bottom’s immediately! No mention was made of cymbals so I didn’t expect them. And I didn’t get any. However, what WAS included and not mentioned were cymbal stands. Including high hat stand. Very nice quality. Heavy duty and multiple adjustments. In my humble opinion, this kit is well worth the money. I would buy again … but not right away😂 ... show more

After getting everything up and assembled, (I pre-ordered cymbals and a throne) Tuning the set was daunting. The heads aren't the best so I did replace them. (Black Chrome) by Evans.. I kept the reso's as they work nicely with the chosen batter heads. Very nice kit!!! Now to the kick pedals.. Not bad really, but they kinda lagged abit more than I like. Replaced with Speed Cobra's made all the difference for me.. Can't beat the price to get a very nice kit with plenty of room for growth! I added a 13in tom and a set of roto's to get a more completed ensemble. Would Definitely recommend it to a beginner or intermediate player. ... show more

    • Doesn't come as pictured!
The pictures don't match what comes in the box and the instructions were terrible. It should come with an inventory list for each box so you at least know what it supposed to be in all five boxes it shipped in. First of all, the pictures show cymbals and it does not come with cymbals!!! Secondly, the picture shows black front heads on both Bass drums, the included front heads are white! The picture shows that it comes with three boom and one straight cymbal stands. It instead came with three straight and one boom cymbal stand! Buyer beware!!! ... show more
