This is a pretty solid unit for the price. The hinges didn’t come aligned, but after a little adjusting it is closing fine. It can hold 4 of the normal size aluminum pans.

We loved this to keep food warm for swim team events. It was hard to find trays that worked for us so I ended up buying oversized cookie sheets to set our foil pans on, worked pretty good.

***Update**** I called the company they were very nice and replaced the damaged box. The new one came in quick and was in perfect condition. I would buy from them again. I got this for husband for Christmas and was very upset that when he took it out of the box and it was broken. One of the hinges was broken in half and the other half was no where in the sealed box. It is missing the gasket on the door and there was also some scratches on the side. Very disappointing! ... show more

All the material is great EXCEPT the hinges!!! If you like having to adjust hinges on the daily then these are for you. If you are expecting low to no maintenance, then these might not be for you. Please upgrade the hinges

I saw a lot of people complain that they had latches break. I believe this is because the gasket around the door is far too thick and hard to allow the door to be closed easily. It's basically almost impossible to close. the latches are plastic, so don't have a lot of torque. To fix this issue, I stuck on foam weather stripping around instead to act as the gasket. It closes like a dream and insulates perfectly. I realize it's not easily removable but it's pretty cheap, so I can replace it when I need to. At least the box will remain functional since it wouldn't be with a broken latch. ... show more
