I was expecting a freshwater pearl since those aren't too expensive, and they have other items with real freshwater pearls at wonderful price points and great value. Unfortunately, although the band is legit, it is played gold so it won't.tirn your finger green or cause any contact dermatitis issues, the pearl itself is plastic with a pearlecent coating on it that easily scratched up. I recommend going with another ring instead of this one.

This ring is very pretty. I love the pearl/diamond looking combination. The sizing seems accurate. The etched design on the band makes it look a little lighter color then my flat gold bands, so I don't like to wear them together, but I do have other rings with this type of band, and they look great together. The ring is well made and is holding up nicely with no tarnishing so far. I only wear it for several hours at a time and try not to get it wet.

This is a really lovely ring. I've gotten a couple compliments on it already. I don't normally wear rings, so this definitely stands out to people who know me as something new and special. I wear it as a wedding ring. I ordered a size 9, which fits. The last time I had been professionally sized was 13 years ago and I was a size 10, but weighed 30lbs more. So 9 was a guess, but a good guess!

The picture shows a defect in the pearl, but it's not a big deal at this price point. It is not noticeable while wearing. I wore this for two weeks straight while traveling in the UK because I didn't want to wear my wedding ring and risk losing a sentimental and relatively expensive piece of jewelry. No discoloration, no itchiness, no scratching, and the fake stones stayed in place. The sizing is true to size. It fits just as well as my professionally sized-wedding ring. I now wear it as a complementary piece to work or just for fun. It is cute and dainty.

I was surprised at how small this ring was. I am used to more larger statement pieces, so this was odd looking on my finger. But, I've have to say it is beautiful- it really is sweet and would be more for a younger girl. I think it would be a great promise ring or a purity ring or even a gift for a first communion. It really s elegant and dainty as they describe in the title. It also did not turn my finger a weird color or change in it's appearance over time with jewelry, I try to wait a while and give the piece a lot of wear before commenting on it and I can say that this ring stood up to my tests. No issues.
