Less choices for screen color, style & stats shown. Comes with 3 preloaded styles, more when you sync with your phone. I wish it was more customizable; I had watches at the same price where I was able to chose style, color & stats shown and any picture from my phone for the background. I miss the menstrual tracker & body temperature stats of others. Besides that it has almost everything you’d expect for the price range. I like that it shows not only steps taken but distance. The exercise options are nifty, you can have it buzz you when when you hit a certain calorie burn, distance or time. I was pretty sure I read it has gps for hiking, but as I suspected it does not. This distance traveled helps slightly with knowing where you are while hiking; a compass would be extra helpful. I like that it gives fitness points and level ups. You can change your goals for steps & set alerts when you hit a certain heart rate. A unique feature is the “relax”, it’s guided breathing that you can change to slow, normal or fast for 1-5 minutes. It tells you the difference of your heart rate from beginning to end. I wish brightness level 1 was dimmer for the relax feature if you’re trying to use it to relax for sleep. 2 days of use on the lowest brightness & the power is down to 64%. The charger is very specific, so I doubt a replacement would be able to be found if needed. I’m going to be taking it to a rainforest for a month, so I’ll try to update about durability and water resistance. I originally bought this watch for myself to see if I could live with a watch on nearly 24/7/365 (with reasonable breaks). I have large wrists and normal watches are meant for people with smaller wrists. This watch checked all my boxes within a week. Fits large wrists with room to spare: check. Tracks BP and sleep rhythm with near-perfect accuracy: check. Customizable with personal photos: check. Weather: check. Notifications of incoming calls & messages: check. Brightness levels per user: check. It even has a flashlight function which helps when I'm moving around a darkened room or rooting in the back of my truck which has no light. The mobile app was a breeze to download, sync, and navigate. I also have a desk job and the reminders to move around really help me to move more. I only have a couple of drawbacks but this is due to user error. My skin is sensitive to continued contact and is easily agitated. I found I developed a slight irritation along my wrist bone and I resolved the issue by changing wrists every so often. Also, media does not play loudly through the watch. I have Spotify on my phone and would have liked to have another player that was not earpods or my phone. This watch has recently been given to my husband as he needs it more than I do. So far, he is really enjoying the features on the watch as he only needs a few of them. He has a larger wrist than I do, and it fits him with a few notches to spare. This watch has a long battery life, looks like it will last at least 2 weeks on a charge. I only use the distance and time so I can't comment beyond these two functions. The display is bright and easy to read without glasses and in the sun, just what I wanted. While you can't set stride length you do get an accurate step count so if you need precise distance you can calculate it yourself. All in all, I am happy with this watch. ... show more

This one is especially simple compared to others on Amazon. It does the step counter the pulse rate and the blood oxygen as well as some of the other stuff, but it seems to be less phone dependent than the others are. You can actually set the date and time manually, so the watch can truly work without binding to a phone. I was looking for an inexpensive watch that would just simply track my miles while jogging. I didn't need it to pair to my phone and I wasn't interested in all the features that come along with a smart watch. With that being said, this watch has exceeded my expectations! I've had it for a full week, used it for 4 separate jogs, and it's still has more that 75% battery life. Granted, the battery life is probably still holding because I literally only put it on for my workout. This watch does offer pretty much all the same features as every other smart watch (sleep tracking, heart rate monitoring, etc.) and it does have the option to pair to your phone. The first one I bought charged up but wouldn't turn on. I requested a replacement and it's perfect! I didn't want alot of features and didn't want to pair it with my phone or use the app. Works perfectly not paired with the phone and there's no need for the app when not paired. If you need to track/store your info, then you will need to pair it with the phone and use the app 8n order to retrieve it later. I like having the option of pairing it later when and if I want. All readouts for what I use are very accurate. I compared the heart rate with a cuff monitor at our health center and also checked it against exercise equipment monitors. It's precise! Easy to set up, very intuitive. I use it only for the gym. I have extremely sensitive skin and have not had any bad reactions to the materials. The larger screen makes it easy to scroll and tap.
