Bought for my neuropathy in hands and feet; I find it does give me nighttime relief when I put on my feet at night. If I wear light socks, it's adds to the positive effect. But I've also found this cream useful with just regular aches, pains and sore muscles. Plus it doesn't smell terrible, like some other types of creams. Note that you should be careful when applying, and be sure to wash your hands good afterwards; you don't want to accidentally tough your eyes or any sensitive skin areas -- it can get really warm when applied. It may not work for everyone, but it works for me and is well worth a try.
