The chair I owned was outdated, but had good bones. I was hesitant to buy a cover, because most of them just don’t fit. The Paulato by GA.I.CO is absolutely outstanding material that is so comfortable. The way it fits and conforms to my chair makes it look like it was custom made. The texture is soft, and the color is exactly as shown. The chair cover is higher priced than most, but well worth it.

Sofa Slipcover (Paulato by Gaico) I really wanted a slipcover for our furniture because the cats ripped up a few corners with their claws back when they were kittens and it looks "messy". Also, our cats sometimes like to cough up hairballs and I figured a slipcover would be easier to clean since you can just pull it off and toss it in the wash. In terms of fabric quality, these slipcovers are amazing. The colors are vibrant and match the listing perfectly. They handle being machine-washed like a champ. There's enough stretch to get them over and onto the chair without having to play Twister (but you will almost certainly need two people for the larger furniture pieces). That said, there is a built in flaw with these slipcovers and it's that they don't like to stay "fitted" to the couch/chair. There are these little cardboard triangle-cylinders that come with the cover and you're supposed to push them down between the seat back and seat cushion. Once you do that, in theory the cardboard will keep the cover from "riding up" when you sit down. In practice, they don't work at all and I have to push the cardboard back down into the cracks every day. Sometimes twice a day. I don't love that, but I don't really know how else they would design something like this. So just be aware of that as a feature. ~ Ana Mardoll

This is the furniture cover I've been waiting for! It's easy to use, comfortable and soft, fits like a glove. Plus, these are made in Italy with high-quality, OEKO-TEX-certified fabric. The price is totally reasonable for the product. I love it! I just ordered another one for our armchair.

If the color had matched my other gray decor and if the fabric didn’t have a sheen I would have given it more stars. The gray is a much cooler color than I wanted with bluish undertones. My gray that I was trying to match up might have slight brownish undertones so it doesn’t match well but I don’t want to hassle a return. I wish I would have ordered a different color. The pros- I did not know if it would fit on my modified furniture since I put in headrests and an additional layer of foam on the cushions. I think these covers would fit any design. I tried 2 other brands of slipcovers and they looked horrible but the design of the fabric on these really works. I wish they did not have a “ruffle” appearance but that is what makes them so stretchy.

I have a beautiful antique sofa that has been in my family for a long time. When I bought new furniture, I wanted to continue to use this sofa, but the fabric didn't match the new furniture. It proved to be quite a challenge finding just the right slip cover due to the hand carved trim, curved back and narrow arms of the antique. I am so pleased with Mama Mia Slipcovers. This product worked magic and solved all of my issues trying to change the color of the sofa without reupholstering. The fabric stretched beautifully over the curves of the sofa. I chose to purchase the separate cushion covers and I'm so happy I did. They gave the sofa a more finished look. Thank you for a great product and solving my "antique" sofa issues.

I bought this slipcover to protect our new leather couch from our cats' claws. I wasn't sure whether it would work because the dimensions and shape of our couch did not exactly meet the fit criteria; the arms of our couch extend beyond the width of the back. I was delighted to find that the fabric is very stretchy and very accommodating. The slipcover seemed to mold to the shape of the couch and looks great! The only thing not absolutely perfect is the cover doesn't quite stay tucked underneath at the very bottom. You can see on the photo how it pulls up a little in the middle. I'm sure I could devise a way to fasten it in place if it really bothered me. The cardboard stays included are not the greatest. I ended up getting some hard plastic stays, which work much better to keep the cover tucked in while it's being sat on. What a great stylish product!
