I have loved so many of these products and I was a but disappointed in this moisturizer. I tried this as it was a bit more affordable than the other Paula’s choice I use. (Barrier repair) But I found that it didn’t moisturize near enough as the package claimed. It didn’t rub in well and almost left a coating atop my skin. It was not for me. ... show more

I was hesitant to buy this because it’s more expensive than what I’m used to for a moisturizer, especially since you don’t get much product. I had been using La Roche Posay’s double repair moisturizer for years, but recently started to have some issues with it (slight burning feeling occasionally while applying, dry skin even after moisturizing, and a new tinted moisturizer I had purchased wouldn’t apply over the LRP moisturizer -very patchy). I decided to give this Paula’s Choice one a go after reading the reviews and I’m so glad that I did. I will be repurchasing and trying more from the brand. I was looking for a cheaper dupe for the Charlotte tilbury magic moisturizer and found this product. It’s is amazing! My skin has cleared up and looks so soft and supple. I have sensitive skin and my skin didn’t react at all to this one. Plus a little goes a long way, so if you think it’s pricey, its really not bad bc it will last a while. Great buy!! ... show more

    • Smells gross. Like spit.
It's a decent moisturizer. Paula's choice makes better products than this. My issue is it smells like a school bus or other surface a bunch of people have been spitting on. I have to breathe through my mouth when I apply it and thankfully the smell disappates because it makes me sick.
