I’ve tried a bunch of spf moisturizers and for the most part did not keep with them for a variety of reasons including being too drying, too much residue, making me sheet white/ sickly looking, too oily/ greasy, making me breakout or itchy. This one, while not perfect has been the best yet as it is the least oily, is lightweight, applies evenly, not drying, doesn’t make me breakout or itchy and overall good for sensitive skin but also it has a slight tint which is at least better than no tint. I will say I am naturally very pale compared to most people so this works for me and even for myself, I wish it gave a bit more color but it doesn’t make me look sick, it just looks natural on my face. I’ve also learned to apply moisturizer underneath and then this spf tint applies much smoother. And if I want some color, I will add a bronzer powder on top of it. I do use it every morning after I’ve washed my face and I like it. I like that it’s made of zinc oxide meaning mineral based as opposed to a chemical based sunscreen and 30 spf is enough protection from sun damage for me for daily wear. It’s also very inexpensive compared to others I’ve tried which is an added bonus. It’s close to perfect for me and I’ve tried nearly all the drug store ones, Elta MD, PCA skin, Cerave, cetaphil, Obagi, Skinceuticals, Dermatologica, Revision and a few others. I’m pretty happy with it. I’m on my 3rd tube.

I'm 40 and I have never been into skincare, at all. I don't wear foundation, I don't wear concealer, I don't contour, and I rarely moisturize. Skincare was, at best, never something I cared about, and at its worst, I suspected the industry was selling little better than snake oil to part me from my money. This little bottle of moisturizer has made a believer out of me. It's light, silky, and leaves my face feeling hydrated all day. I've recently become convinced of the need to wear suntan lotion (even if you don't go outside a lot), and the SPF 30 in this is a nice touch that keeps me from having to apply suntan lotion to my face. I'm still not sold on other skincare staples like eye cream and serum and toner, and I buy cheaper moisturizer for my nighttime moisturizing, but this feels nice enough on my skin that I'm willing to indulge. I actually look forward to putting it on every morning now.

First of all, account is in husband’s name…hence the name George on the review. I know you are supposed to wear sunscreen every day, but most moisturizers with sunscreen have chemical spf, which doesn’t agree with my sensitive aging skin and I prefer the convenience of hydration and spf in one step, if possible. This one has physical sunscreen….so check #1. I don’t typically wear full coverage foundation and prefer something lighter to even out my complexion. So, tinted moisturizers seem like a good choice, but most tinted moisturizers are either too dark for my skin color to begin with or oxidize to a shade too orange. But this one is light enough and does not oxidize on my skin. So, check #2. I also prefer a matte or semi matte finish instead of a dewy finish, which this provides for me. It goes on easily with fingers and dries down without feeling sticky. In warm and/or humid weather, it is moisturizing enough on its own. In colder, drier weather, a light application of moisturizer before applying this seems to be working well. So, check #3.

I’m 22 years old with combination skin. I’ve never found anything that has helped with my oily skin. I used to have to pat my face with a towel many times a day and now I don’t have to. It has a nice coverage, looks very natural, isn’t drying. I recommend!

The only SPF on the market for oily skin that doesn’t come off as “orange” on the skin. Does not oxidize. Doesn’t cause breakouts or sensitive skin flare ups. Mattifies as it dries and does indeed dry down and isn’t sticky. Does not “pill”. I’ve probably tried over 30 sunscreen products and this is still my favorite.
