Paula's Choice RESIST Perfectly Balanced Foaming Cleanser, Hyaluronic Acid & Aloe, Anti-Aging Face Wash, Large Pores & Oily Skin, 6.4 Ounce My skin issue: oily skin with enlarged pores, uneven skin texture due to having acne when I was younger & areas of pigmentation. I’m 52yo. My Dermatologist recommended Paul’s Choice Pore Reducing Toner & 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant specifically to address my pores. This combination has worked wonders on my face. When I found this cleanser I purchased right away. Let’s combine even more I thought! At first I didn’t think this cleanser was anything special over the CeraVe Foaming Facial cleanser I was already using but I stuck with this. It’s now been 1-1/2 months of using this & wow!! what a noticeable difference! With this cleanser having Hyaluronic Acid in, I feel makes all the difference as it’s hydrating my skin as I’m cleansing it. The aloe is an added benefit. My skin is the softest it’s ever been. My texture is more smooth & what was very noticeable pigmentation from the sun & acne scarring has begun to fade. My texture truly feels more balanced just as it’s described! What’s more amazing with this cleanser is I really only need a HALF pump to lather up my face. I was using a full pump & had excess soap so I reduced it & learned a half was perfect. This 6.4 ounce bottle lasts me awhile using it morning & night. There’s no scent & it’s not irritating to my sensitive skin. It’s very gentle. For the price this is truly a quality facial cleanser & I’m so happy I found it. I utilize Amazon’s subscribe & save so I save a little more & order at my convenience. I can’t say enough about this cleanser! Give it a try! For under $20 it’s worth it. This is my favorite facial cleanser I’ve ever used! One more positive is I don’t have that striped feeling, skin tightness after cleaning. I tone with my face still damp & move onto my serums. I only use the exfoliant a couple nights a week because over using it is too harsh on my skin. The combination of the 3 is wonderful but this cleanser sticks out above all others! I highly recommend this!!

I literally was terrified to swap face washes - as a teen it was easy to jump brand to brand, because i was breaking out anyways. Now as an adult, i don’t break out often but my skin has become accustomed to the face washes I’ve kept for years or repurchased. Like i said, i was afraid of the swap - but, this was actually a great buy. I always read the negative reviews and scare myself away, finally i bit the bullet and bought this one to try — it had majorly positive reviews and it should. It’s lightweight and leaves no residue - i literally rubbed the gunk out of my pores as i washed my face, it was insane. Felt a little drying at first, but as soon as i was out of the shower and applied my regular moisturizer, it looked and felt clean and amazing. No dry feel, no irritation. Plus it’s a big bottle! You can get a lot of use out of it for the price - works amazing!

This product has been a part of my skincare routine for almost a year and I just repurchased it for the third time. You get a lot of product for your money. It also comes out of the tube in a gel like consistency and is foam activating. I don’t ever see myself using another cleanser!!

This is a good cleanser, it does what it needs to do and nothing more/less. I don't really think it's worth the 20 dollars but a little goes a long way so it'll last you a while. It is completely fragrance free and lathers up well, almost too well. I try to use less than half a pump because any more than that and it'll leave your skin stripped in my experience. Not sure if I'd buy again, this is a very basic no frills cleanser so if that's what you're looking for you can find that way cheaper. My personal go to is the Vanicream gentle cleanser but there are plenty on the market that are cheaper and just as good. I do enjoy other products from this brand but this cleanser is just mediocre. It didn't really help or hurt anything for my skin but I did find that sometimes it left my combo/oily skin drier than usual.

I never leave reviews, but this stuff has improved my skin so much. I could tell a difference in the size of my pores after just 3 days and it just continues to improve. I’ve tried so many products trying to reduce my enlarged pores that I feel makes my face look older and this is the only one that I’ve tried that actually worked. I will continue to buy.
