PS by Paul Sebastian is my man's fragrance of choice, it is the only fragrance he's wears. It's amazing how many compliments her get's after all these years. After he tells people it's PS that he has been wearing since the late 70's they are really surprised. They think it's something new since it smells so wonderful. (I am biased but to me it's the combination of the fragrance and him). *Packaging: the option of buying the 4 oz fine cologne spray that allows him to refill with the 8 ounce size. *Scent: masculine and comfortable, with tones of sandalwood, lavender and vanilla giving it a light musk sent., *Long lasting...it comes on strong and the scent becomes lighter as the hours pass. After a full day the scent becomes lighter but just as pleasant. *Price... the prices on Amazon is low and the product is brand new in original packaging. The price in department stores is outrageous, I bought the product as wholesale clubs and discount stores where it is priced slightly higher but the products did not smell fresh. I have reordered this several times and found each bottle to be fresh, packed in original box and always arrive timely. ... show more

Most definitely my favorite low-cost cologne, and one of my top 3 regardless of cost. The smell is classic and persistent. You do not need to use very much at all. The scent itself I would equate to a nice aftershave, hints of musk and possibly vanilla, but hard to determine beyond that. I wouldn't call it a subtle scent, as others can definitely notice it without having to be all up on you, but it's nowhere near overpowering. You won't fill a room with your fragrance just by walking into it. The fragrance lasts too - often I'll still notice it on myself several hours after putting it on. 22 years of useing PS and I have received nothing but compliments and praise. I have benefited from its scent when female strangers asked what I was wearing. I use 1 spray above my head and stand under it after I shower and a second squirt once I am dressed. People need to be near my to smell it. Not like the stuff that some guys wear that gets into a room a minute before they do and wont leave for hours after them. It is an unobtrusive scent that requires no bullhorn to be noticed. I even had one girlfriend take one of my pillows home because, in her words, it " SMELLS LIKE YOU". ... show more

This is a very strong fragrance that eternally smells like fresh shaving foam from a can. It is a very pleasant, non-offensive smell that would fit well in any classic men's collection. In the mid - I'm subtly reminded of Nag Champa - only slightly. Overall, a powerhouse performer that will make you smell fresh and clean in a completely non-aquatic way. Like a mix between Barbasol, Brut, and Old Spice. The only issue is with the bottle's atomizer, which squirts more than it sprays, but it is a twist off and can be used as a splash as well. It is what I would call a scent for a serious and mature man. I found this scent almost 30 years ago and it faded into obscurity, occasionally finding its way onto discount shelves at Marshals. I found out about this by asking this guy in the supermarket what he was wearing and he and his wife told me and that is the reason im here today writing this review. Its like a close call to obsession like a cousin of that or mustang with the gold color juice. Like classsy powdery type vibe.
