First time I ordered a shoe in a size 12 wide USA I normally use 11.5 wide and a half but they don't have that size available so I bumped it up to a USA size 12 medium, so I put them on as soon as I got them, along with a pair of ankle socks and to my surprise they fit great, just fine, nice'n snug, not loose, wow I thought these feel great , perfect with the socks. . They felt great just what I needed. I'm used to wearing sandals because of my feet and tennis shoes are too heavy but these are perfect, lightweight, snug easy to adjust I like'em I'm sure you'll like them too. These are very comfortable shoes. They may be a bit oversized, but they are roomy for my toes. She sole is cushioned and feels good. They may be a bit slippery on wet surfaces. Overall, I like them a lot.

My son has to wear AFOs all day, including at home, for his condition. He has to wear shoes with them, as they are plastic bottoms and slippery. We are a no shoes inside family, and he also enjoys being in his bed. So I went on a hunt for the perfect slippers and came across these. I'm really happy I gave these a try for him! The insoles come out, which adds necessary depth for his braces. They are also incredibly stretchy and have tons of room on the top and sides of the foot. The shoes were not expensive, but they have been worth their weight in gold. My husband's feet were so swollen from medical issues that he could not fit into any of his shoes. I ordered the letsfit Mens Wide Diabetic and he can easily wear them, inside and outside. I'm happy to have purchased them.
