I’m really happy with this Patiowell 6x10 FT shed. It’s bigger than I expected and holds my mower, tools, and even some patio chairs with no problem. The resin material feels tough and I like that it won’t rust or rot. The built-in floor is super handy and the windows let in just enough light. It did take two of us a few hours to put together, and you’ll want a flat surface for it to sit on. The doors are a little light, but they work fine with a lock. Overall, it looks nice in the yard and gives me plenty of extra storage without much maintenance.

As far as a plastic shed goes, this thing feels pretty darn sturdy once its all together. I was kind of worried about how it would fare on a slight slope because the spot I had for it wasnt 100 percent level there is about a 1 inch rise every foot to foot and a half but this thing is fine it holds itself up pretty well. Feels pretty solid. It holds more than I thought it would too and its actually almost 6 foot long for real not like a lot of those other ones that say they are 6 foot but it measures 5.4 feet or whatever, this one is only 1 inch away from being fully 6 feet. If you include the little lip on the outside from the base then I guess it would be 6 feet but not interior usable space. It looks like its probably not 100 percent water tight but it probably wont let much in if it does. There are a couple tiny places where if the wind was blowing good or something it would maybe find its way in but again not much. Also the floor leaves something to be desired it feels pretty flimsy and doesn't like up exactly perfectly there seem to be slight gaps in a row or two no matter how you adjust it I spent a lot of time tapping it with a rubber mallet to try and get them gone but it just seems to always have them in one place or another depending on how you move the piece. It comes with pre drilled interior holes for ground anchors which is nice but id get some very broad washers if you plan on using them. READ AHEAD IN THE DIRECTIONS. Some of the steps are out of order in my opinion especially when doing the roof assembly and the side strut assembly, but overall the instructions were pretty easy to follow. Mostly pictures very few statements. A couple bits can be hard to discern what direction something should go. Compared to the horror stories from a lot of these other "resin" sheds ive seen on here i feel that this went together pretty smooth and there were no missing or damaged parts. I will say this is not blow molded like one of the rubber mades or Suncoast ones , it is more like the corrugated plastic type, that being said though it seems to be fairly thick for this kind of design which is a nice surprise. Almost all machine holes lined up there were very few manufacturing defects. The only issue i had myself is that one of the corner supports that holds the walls in square was longer by a half inch than the other three. That doesn't sound like much but it matters when you go to put the roof on. I just cut it down to size to match the other three with a hacksaw and it worked perfect. Do not expect to do this alone in 2 hours. Or even with a friend in 2 hours. Alone this is a 6-8 hour task. With a friend probably 4 or 5. Theres just too many little parts and stuff and you WILL end up having to go back and un do something a couple times probably to adjust it etc. So just realistically plan to spend the bulk of a day doing this from unboxing to putting the padlock on the door. All in all I think its...a little over priced at 500 bucks in a vacuum of all things considered its WORTH maybe 300. BUT, you have to consider how high the prices of every thing are right now and that competing sheds in this space in this size are regularly 700 to 1500 dollars. The smaller 6x4 really scrappy ones that everyone doesn't like are ya know 280 to 350 so at this price in the market for the size and build/machining quality i would say 500 bucks is worth it.

We didn't try to put it together when we realized the size was wrong. They say they will pay to ship back but do not. Their "prepaid shipping label" will be deducted off of your refund. They tried all kinds if offers so I would keep it. I needed a bigger shed so went with a different company that will be easier to work with.

Very, very difficult to assemble. Took two days and then built and secured to a heavy base of pressure treated 4x4s for stability. We really like it so far. It is still a very attractive purchase in todays world. Thank you!

Absolutely horrible instructions isolated pictures of components without proper explanations no explanation of top or bottoms of inststalling some of the metal parts two sections were missing leaving me to have to alter the design some of the instructions weren’t possible to do so I had to drill new holes to make it work.

Postives: good value and decent product once complete… the instructions aren’t terrible, but are slightly lacking. Room for Improvement: took 7 solid hours to assemble, it wasn’t that difficult, but it does take a significant amount of time to put the 7,000 + tiny jig saw pieces together to make the shed puzzle… the pieces are well labeled and instructions generally logical to follow… For the cost, even given 7 hours of assembly, i think its a good value
