This product is made very well. The frame had some weight to it which keeps it in place during windy moments. The wicker weaving is very tight and looks fantastic. The cushions are very plush and comfortable. The set is very easy to put together (10 allen bolts per chair - tools included) just make sure you losely tighten each bolt to get chair together then go back and tighten all bolts. Overall I am very happy with packaging, assembly, quality, comfort, and appearance. Highly recommend!

Chairs are comfortable and solid. Assembly is not as easy as portrayed in the video but after a little cursing and maneuvering, they came together. The holes didn't line up well and the allen wrench to tighten is ALWAYS a hassle!

These chairs are comfortable overall. Yet, the cushions could be a bit firmer!! Assembly was quick and straight forward not an issue at list with mine and basic hand tools they were done in a zip! Very appealing for your patio setting I would recommend and intend to by additionals to expand my patio setting.... I would give them a 10 if the cushions were firmer!

These chairs are very sturdy and comfortable, they were easy to put together, just follow the simple instructions, assemble all the screws then tighten everything at the end, it took me roughly 35 to 40 minutes to assemble both chairs, I would also buy these chairs again if I need more.

This set was exactly what I was looking for! It’s beautiful and the seats are spacious and comfy. Some have mentioned the need for 2 people for assembly, but I found them easy to assemble alone with just a few minutes help from my hubby. However, the backs of the chairs did have some issues. The frames didn’t match up on one side of each chair which left a gap too large for a bolt. But I contacted the company via email and their customer service was great. They said the issue was due to delivery and offered to send two new chairs. I really appreciate that!

Love these chairs.. easy to put together with two people. They have a deep seat so you need an extra pillow on the back. They look and feel a lot more expensive than they are. We are on the heavier side and they are very sturdy. The cushions are a gray/beige but the are neutral color and worked for us! Recommend them!

Cheaply made, horrible, horrible to assemble! Took two of us to assemble 4 hrs, screws do not line up properly, tool for assembly inadequate, cannot properly turn cause it hits the chair, and that’s just one! The second one the screws striped, have to find replacement screws, and cushions are not thick, still wrinkled after 24 hrs. My husband was in construction , so can’t imagine how difficult it would be for someone else.
