We purchased an already open box. It was intact. Some of the parts were started to open, but it looks like the first buyers changed their minds. We got incomplete instructions, but we are great puzzle solvers and this is not our first rodeo around heavier tools( 2 Cat Ladies here). It was a breeze to figure it out, we needed a 1” drill bit for masonry. This piece was possibly the most expensive part as we have a Hammer Drill, bit( pun intended) not that precise fit of tool. Got it for about $40(Milwaukee Brand) at the local hardware store. Yes, could have saved with Amazon, but my locals got to eat too. It was some work to make the holes on the olden style concrete. Once drilled, the rest was cake. It looks great! Best part is that I do not have to see the neighbors anymore. We love you, but it is so awkward to come out the door and see you. Lol. Anyways, great price, easy to install, overall pretty good short term investment. ... show more

Fast delivery. Missing a few pieces and the directions are horrible but overall great purchase and looks good and provides us some privacy. Unfortunately this seller went up on the price and I had to purchase another fence for the other side of house and bought from a new seller . This was difficult to assemble with only drawing and no written instructions. Need two people guessing what the “instructions” mean. Two of the plastic pole fixtures broke and 12 miles an hour wind gusts broke another. The fabric is adequate while the metal frame and plastic attachers inadequate .
