They are much worse than a set of foreign made ratcheting wrenches that you get at a low cost tool store. The ratcheting function is NOT smooth and has a large angle arch. I would not recommend them. Another set from one of home improvement stores is much better quality! GEARWRENCH, Craftsman, Husky are superior, and less expensive! I like most of the other tools from Park but these open/ratcheting wrenches are just not worth the money. ... show more

Bought this primary to have a nice set of wrenches, covering the range by Park Tool. The 72 tooth ratchet, while not the finest I've seen, is certainly sufficient, without being overly coarse. Being slightly cheaper than retail even with shipping from the UK to US was an added plus. Received without problem even with the international shipping and now feel ready for everything and then some. The only complaint is that the set came in a cardboard tube without any protection, so this generated some cosmetic damage. Had to play with the set upon opening and found this educational as well. I did some research on metric nuts and found that the range from 4mm through 10mm is covered by this set. Yes, that is only 6 sizes, the wrench sizes 7mm, 8mm, 10mm, 11mm, 13mm and 17mm are the corresponding tools for standard sized nuts. Turns out that 6mm, 12mm, 14mm, 15mm and 16mm wrenches are alternate sizes that may be encountered. Just mentioning this if one is short in space or funds. ... show more
