This year Park Tool decided to make a couple of updates to the classic CT 3. 2 Chain Tool that graced most bike shops across the country, bringing it compatibility forward with the Chain Tool - CT-3. 3. This handy shop-grade tool works on 5 to 12 speed chains, including SRAM AXS 12-speed, as well as both 1/8in and 3/16in chains. It features an adjustable locating shelf to accommodate any width chain, making it simple to remove and install rivets. Its crafted with an investment-cast steel body and a replaceable driving pin for years of use, and topped with a comfortable handle. The CT 3. 3 will install, but not peel Campagnolo 11 and 12-speed chain rivets.

Good basic tool. Pins are a little soft as I have bent one in just few chain-breaks. I am very careful and understand the tips are made softer so they break, not the tool. Ordered spares! The design is easy to use and grasp. Good results! Cost is marginally high for the tool.

tons of leverage and after coming from the smaller versions with less leverage this is a god send from parks tool, but it's very expensive and I'm pretty sure you can get what you need for half the price.

Easy to use. I removed a pin from an old chain, removed links from a new chain to make it the right size, then installed the new chain. So three uses per replacement and it worked perfectly on all three.

I used this for a 12 speed Sram Eagle Hollow Pin chain and it work flawlessly. I used on the old chain and then on a few extra links at the end of the new chain and pushing the pins out was so easy. It's pricey compared to other brands but is high quality, cool looking and effective
